About Me

I grew up in Sunbury, OH and graduated from Big Walnut. I earned my nursing degree from The Ohio State University where I met my husband, Rick.  We were married in 2010 and after spending our first few married years in Florida, we moved back to Sunbury where I am a stay-at-home mom to our 3 boys.

As I have always had a passion for baking and decorating, I started Marna Cakes in 2016 with the support and encouragement of my family and friends.  I never imagined it would grow into what it has become!  I am so thankful for the support I continue to receive from the community and I love the role I get to play in celebrating the big and small moments in my customer's lives.  With Marna Cakes I strive to deliver one of a kind sweet treats that look and taste great!
